We have found our skills (built from IT and Information projects) in stakeholder engagement, business case development and project management are also transferable to non-IT related projects.

We have had an increasingly successful involvement in Capital project management and are looking to further develop this area of our business.

• Redevelopment of an outpatient department
• Radiology department redevelopment for a large London Acute Trust
• Business Case for a Retail space development in an Acute Trust
• Project lead for a complete Trust Ward reconfiguration programme
• Management of the transition of IT networking and telecoms services during the redevelopment of a London community hospitall
