System and infrastructure procurement

Our approach to this work centres on getting the right rigour into the procurement in order that suppliers understand their commitments and the Trust has a controlled start to implementation work.

We are capable of handling any size of procurement from full OJEC down to a local system in support of an individual department. The use of the NHS IA POISE standards are appropriately tailored according to the needs of the client and the risks involved in the project.

We prefer to work with clients through subsequent implementation in order to ensure that the benefits intended are realised. Our approach can be scaled according to the size of the exercise and the available resources in the client organisation.
