Overview of EMIS LV

EMIS LV is a menu driven text-based clinical system used by some 5,000 GPs in primary care.

GPs use a consultation mode to record interaction with patients including prescribing, while admin and support staff can access an individual medical record, run search enquiries, generate reports, schedule appointments and process repeat prescriptions

The system also supports an integrated solution to Choose and Book.
