Overview of RiO

CSE Servelec’s RiO is a web-based integrated care record system. It supports paperless clinical records, health promotion & screening and all aspects of care administration.

It combines PAS functionality i.e. patient registration and appointment scheduling, with the ability to record clinical notes and conduct specialist assessments.

RiO workflow automatically notifies appropriate staff via their To-Do List, email or letter when a system event occurs, such as when a patient is referred or an appointment is booked.
